On December 11, 2018, Ricons and Developer - Tay Ho View Real Estate Company Limited officially have implemented the topping-out of the Kosmo Tay Ho project in Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The topping out ceremony was considered as one of the important milestones to affirm Ricons' prestige and commitment in the project construction process.

Ricons in charge of the Kosmo Tay Ho project as a Design and Construction general contractor (D&B) since June 2017. After a period of active implementation of structural items, 3 towers of Centro, Novo and Metro with the size of each tower consisting of 3 basements and 21-35 floors has been implemented the topping out by Ricons on schedule, surpassingly satisfied the safety, technical and quality requirements.

Immediately after the topping out ceremony, the Project Steering Committee continued to focus on mentality, determined to accelerate the completion and landscape infrastructure to hand over early to the Developer in the middle of 2019.
