Dr. Le Trong Nghia - Deputy Head of Foundation Department, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Deputy Director, Chairing the Structure, summarizing the professional background:

-   2001: Graduated the Civil Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

-   2003: Graduated Master of Construction Mechanics, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

-   2008: Doctor at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand and Hokkaido University, Japan;

-    From 02/2012 - now: Chair of Structural Design.
